Dr. Mark Longmuir, MD - Chief of Staff - Family Medicine
Mark was born at the Mountrail County Medical Center and raised in Stanley, North Dakota. He attended the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota, obtaining an undergraduate degree in biology in 2005. He then went on to attend the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences, obtaining his Doctor of Medicine in 2009. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at the Center for Family Medicine in Minot, North Dakota in 2012, serving as chief resident his third year. He has been practicing at MCMC since August 2012. His hobbies include fishing, golfing, and spending time with family.
Abbey Effertz, Physicians Assistant
Abbey was raised on a cattle ranch just north of Bismarck, ND. She attended the University of Montana in Missoula, MT for her undergraduate degree, majoring in Communication with a Biology Minor. She also was a member of the track and field team, throwing the shot put, discus, and hammer throw. She then attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE for her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She began practicing at MCMC in January of 2013. Her hobbies include showing cattle, coaching track, cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Tammie Braaflat, Family Nurse Practioner
A North Dakota Native, Tammie and her husband farm by Plaza and have three daughters. Tammie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minot State University in 2003. She completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Program and graduated with a Masters of Science in Nursing from St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri in 2008. Her experience as a Nurse Practitioner has been in family practice, caring for patients of all ages.
Tara Nardacci, DNP, NP-C
Tara was born and raised in Southeast Idaho. Upon high school graduation she attended the College of Southern Idaho where she earned her ADRN. She worked as a Registered Nurse for 7 years across the United States as a travel nurse and then later settled in Pocatello Idaho to continue her education. She graduated with her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Idaho State University in 2009 and worked as a NP in a local trauma center. In 2010 she and her husband moved to Stanley, North Dakota and she has been practicing at Mountrail County Medical Center since. In 2014 she graduated from University of Alabama with her Doctorate Degree in Nursing. Her professional interests include emergency medicine and trauma. When not at work she enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending as much time as possible with her husband and two children.

Joining Professional Hearing Services in 2015, Dr. Jackson sees patients in the Williston office. Her interest in amplification extends beyond hearing aids to include all Bluetooth accessories and devices.
In her spare time, Dr. Jackson enjoys golfing with her fiance Andrew, visiting the dog park with their dachshund Sandy, weekend getaways to new places, scrapbooking and cross-stitch sewing.

An obstetrician and gynecologist, Dr. Amsbury is dedicated to providing individualized care that meets a woman's changing needs throughout her lifetime. A graduate of Arizona State University in Tempe, he earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. He completed his Ob/Gyn residency at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, OH, where he gained experience in high-risk pregnancy. Dr. Amsbury is certified in advanced fetal monitoring and has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery using Trinity's da Vinci robotic system.
Podiatrist - Dr. Tyson Williams - Trinity Medical Group

Dr. Williams is a podiatrist who offers conservative and surgical treatments for foot and ankle disorders. A graduate of the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, he completed three years of residency training in sports medicine, diabetic foot and general podiatry. He spent a full two years concentrating on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. He is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Williams is a Minot native.
