The Stanley Hospital Auxiliary has donated $10,000 to the Mountrail County Medical Center’s Capital Campaign drive to be used for the CT/ER Expansion project. The funding comes from gaming funds the organization applied for and received as well as projects they have run throughout the year.

Construction and renovation at MCMC is a three-phase project that will include this ER/CT projects, the clinic remodel and eventual remodel plans for Bethel Home. All totaled the projects are estimated at $6.25 million with $1.25 million of that raised to date through the capital campaign.

Anyone interested in more information on the Foundation can check out their website at www.mountrailcountyhealthfoundation.org. That website will provide more information on the projects and how you can help fund the improvements to Stanley’s health care facilities.

The Auxiliary meets four times per year on the second Monday of the month in January, April, September and November and new members are always welcome. Those interested in more information can contact Faye Borud.
